Welcome to STRIDE Catering

Stride Catering runs from two Leicester City Locations and will soon be expanding into Nottingham. Our Cafe's are called Snack Attack & The Learning Café, They are a part of the Social Enterprises STRIDE, providing training and work opportunities for individuals interested in a career in the catering industry. 

We also offer City & Guilds Accredited qualifications to young people aged between 14-19 years old who are interested in the catering sector. We offer an apprenticeship NVQ Level 2 Diploma in Food Production & Catering where you can learn how to provide a counter/take-away service, produce basic fish, meat and poultry & vegetable dishes and much more!

We have a Snack Attack Café which is used as part of a training environment for many of our students on City & Guild Accredited NVQ and NOCN training program courses.

STRIDE works alongside the Leicestershire and Rutland Probation Trust LRPT to run TLC which is a Deli Style Café based on Cobden Street where trained staff work alongside and train TLC Learners to develop a fully functioning catering department.
